1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pkvin ("pkvin," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the website accessible at pkvin.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and services (collectively, "the pkvin Platform").

By accessing the pkvin Platform, registering a pkvin account, or participating in any betting, casino, or gaming activity offered on pkvin, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkvin Platform.

These Terms should be read together with pkvin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkvin.

2 Eligibility

Use of the pkvin Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your pkvin account remains active.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are registering and using pkvin for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of pkvin, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from pkvin.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from any other licensed gaming operator or gambling regulator.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pkvin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any stage, including at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkvin may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any betting or gaming activity on pkvin, you must create a registered pkvin account. The following rules apply to all pkvin accounts:

• One Account Only: Each player may hold only one active pkvin account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during pkvin account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and Pakistani payment method details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your pkvin login. You must not share your pkvin username or password with any other person. pkvin will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• Non-Transferable: Your pkvin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Dormant Accounts: pkvin accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pkvin reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notice where required by applicable regulations.

pkvin reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the pkvin Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkvin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pkvin currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change from time to time at pkvin's discretion.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method. These limits are displayed within the pkvin cashier section and may be amended by pkvin at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you personally own and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by pkvin players are reviewed and processed by the pkvin payments team. Approval times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Verification Requirements: pkvin may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must provide requested documentation promptly. pkvin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal funds pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.
• No Third-Party Withdrawals: All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless an exception is formally approved by the pkvin payments team. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

pkvin does not charge platform fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply and are outside pkvin's control.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the pkvin Platform. Sport-specific rules, market rules, and in-play betting rules are published in the pkvin Sportsbook Rules section, which forms part of these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on pkvin are subject to acceptance by pkvin at our sole discretion. pkvin reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict markets at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: Cricket betting, including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs, is subject to pkvin's specific cricket betting rules. In-play cricket odds are subject to suspension during key events (wickets, power play breaks, rain delays). Settlement is based on official match results published by the relevant governing body.
• Errors & Technical Faults: pkvin reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a manifest error in our odds feed or system malfunction. We will endeavour to notify affected players promptly and return stakes in full where bets are voided under this provision.
• Winnings: Confirmed winning bets will be credited to your pkvin account balance in PKR promptly following final settlement. pkvin reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, match manipulation, or exploitation of a system error.
• Maximum Payout: pkvin operates maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits, which are displayed within the sportsbook. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be automatically adjusted at the point of placement.

6 Casino Games

The pkvin Casino section offers live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo), slots, and other electronic gaming products. The following rules apply:

• Game Integrity: All casino games available on pkvin use certified random number generation or live physical dealing under controlled and audited conditions. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on independent certification data.
• Game Rules: Each casino game available on pkvin has its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game-specific rules before wagering.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, pkvin's system will attempt to complete the round using the last valid action or stake recorded on pkvin's servers. The outcome recorded on pkvin's server-side logs is final in the event of any dispute.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pkvin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all pkvin bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet credits issued by pkvin are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously on pkvin unless explicitly permitted by the specific offer terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pkvin monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting a technical error to gain an unfair advantage. pkvin reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from the pkvin account balance without compensation.
• pkvin's Right to Amend: pkvin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Material changes to active bonus terms will be communicated to affected players.

8 Responsible Gaming

pkvin is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Every pkvin account includes access to the following self-help tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your pkvin account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period on pkvin.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged into pkvin for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your pkvin account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from pkvin. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and last for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkvin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the pkvin Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate any game outcome, odds feed, or betting market on pkvin through any technical means, collusion, or match-fixing arrangement.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to place bets or make decisions on the pkvin Platform without pkvin's prior written consent.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system faults on pkvin to gain a financial advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkvin staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's pkvin account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical measure to mask your true location or identity when accessing pkvin.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pkvin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request to self-exclude from pkvin.
• Any other reason that pkvin reasonably determines justifies account action in the interests of platform integrity or player safety.

Where a pkvin account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held within the account may be forfeited at pkvin's discretion. Where closure is initiated by pkvin for reasons other than a player's breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all checks have been completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkvin's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the pkvin Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pkvin account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkvin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pkvin Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of pkvin.
• Any technical failure, communication error, or third-party system failure affecting access to pkvin.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or content published on the pkvin Platform.

pkvin makes no warranty that the pkvin Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkvin Platform — including but not limited to the pkvin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to pkvin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkvin Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any pkvin content in any form without pkvin's prior written consent.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

pkvin collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered players in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating a pkvin account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the pkvin Privacy Policy.

pkvin implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect player data held on pkvin's systems. 14 Amendments to These Terms

pkvin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkvin will notify registered players via a notice displayed on the pkvin Platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account.

Your continued use of the pkvin Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pkvin and may request account closure by contacting our support team via live chat.

15 Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pkvin account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the pkvin Platform, please follow the steps below:

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkvin holds its operating licence. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pkvin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan. pkvin respects Pakistani consumer protection standards and will cooperate with any lawful regulatory inquiry from Pakistani authorities.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
